Moonlight Search is delighted to partner with a leading workplace design and build company in their search for a Senior Pre-Contracts Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the pre-construction phase for a portfolio of high-profile office projects, shaping their success from inception.
With a turnover of £70 million and a talented team of 80 professionals, this Wimbledon-based company is known for going head to head with other tier one design and build contractors, and winning design-led quality workplace fit out projects in central London.

The Role:

As Senior Pre-Contracts Manager, you will:
• Lead the pre-construction process, managing tenders, budgets, and proposals.
• Collaborate with design, commercial, and technical teams to deliver compelling submissions.
• Ensure the commercial viability of projects, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Drive innovation and best practices in pre-construction processes.
• Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project handovers.
