Moonlight Search is pleased to partner with one of the most reputable and well thought of design and builds, in their search for a Senior Pre Contracts Manager. This role offers the opportunity to play a vital part in the pre-construction phase of multiple high-profile fit-out projects.

With a turnover of £90 million and a dedicated team of 80 professionals, this regional office is a dominant force in the western home counties, M3/M4 corridors, and the Thames Valley region.

As a Pre-Contracts Manager, you will oversee the bidding and tendering process, ensuring proposals are commercially sound and align with client expectations. Your role will involve collaborating closely with internal teams, managing budgets, negotiating with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth transition from pre-construction to delivery.

• Proven experience in a pre-construction role within the fit-out or construction industry.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to assess risks and opportunities.
