With a turnover exceeding £100m and a team of 90 skilled professionals, this organisation operates from state-of-the-art offices near London Bridge, perfectly positioned at the heart of London’s commercial landscape.

As Senior Pre-Contracts Manager, you will lead the bidding process, ensuring proposals are compelling, commercially viable, and aligned with client expectations. Your expertise will drive the seamless transition from design to delivery, collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. You'll also manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence.

Proven experience in a senior pre-construction role within the design and build or fit-out sector.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage complex budgets.
