Contracts Manager | £90M turnover | 80 staff | £90-110K + bonus

Moonlight Search is pleased to partner with one of the most reputable and well thought of design and builds, in their search for a Contracts Manager. This role offers the opportunity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring commercial viability and excellence in delivery.

With a turnover of £90 million and a dedicated team of 80 professionals, this regional office is a dominant force in the western home counties, M3/M4 corridors, and the Thames Valley region.

As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee the contractual aspects of multiple fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include negotiating contract terms, managing relationships with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing multiple contracts within the fit-out or construction industry.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are advantageous.
