Submission Guidelines

**Payment of the non-refundable submission fee does not guarantee inclusion.
It simply guarantees consideration of inclusion.**

	Title - Limited to 25 characters. Only 1 letter in each word can be capitalized. Descriptive words are acceptable in the title, but only after your web site name. See example Below. Limited to 25 characters including spaces.
	Description - Limited to 200 characters or less. This appears on the directory pages. Describe your overall product or service. Do not list sales events or promotions.
	Submit your web site to just one category (the more accurate according to the content)
	Do not capitalize the first letter of every word
	Please NO Hate or Illegal Activity Sites
	If a category is not present please suggest a category you would like to be placed in with your order.
	Web site must provide unique content. Sites featuring mostly affiliate links without unique content will not be accepted.
	Web site must be designed for the English language. Websites out side the USA must indicate origin by including UK, CA, NZ, or AU in the title or description.
	No free domain web sites such as (geocites, angelfire, etc.)
	No search spam sites allowed (cloaking, doorway pages, FFA pages, Mirror Sites, suspicious redirects)
	If your site promotes spyware of any kind, it will not be accepted. (Does not apply to spyware removal software)

Why is it unacceptable?
Title: Does not use web site name. Uses too many descriptive words. Uses unacceptable words. Uses all caps for first word
Description: Uses unacceptable words and punctuation. Uses 3 sentences. Uses promotional language.
URL: Uses a subdomain and deep link

Example of an Acceptable Listing

Yahoo Web Hosting
Provides web hosting packages and e-commerce solutions for small to medium sized businesses.

Why is it acceptable?
Title: Uses site name first (URL without www. or .com). Uses a maximum of two descriptive words
Description: Uses objective language and has a maximum of 2 sentences. Less than 200 Characters.
URL: Uses base URL

Express submit sponsored sites

	You may use keywords in your title as anchor text, not exceeding 25 characters.
	After your submission, a one time $100.00 PayPal payment will be required before your site is accepted into our directory, your sponsored listing will auto-expire in one year.
	Your entry will display highlighted at the beginning of its category under sponsored sites
	Under most circumstances your submission will be reviewed within 48hrs (Weekend Submissions may not be reviewed as quickly)

Option #4
Reciprocal link exchange

	Reciprocal Link Back Required - link to Moonlight Search first, then submit here
	The review of your site takes place on a strict date order, first come first served
	Your site will be reviewed as and when a reviewer has time
	Your listing will appear below all express listings

Category Sponsor in the "Paid Advertising" Box in the Category of your website. - Limit of 5 per category

	After your submission, a one time $500.00 PayPal payment will be required before your site is accepted into our directory, your sponsored listing will auto-expire in one year.
	Your entry will display highlighted at the bottom of all pages, of its category, under paid advertising.
	Under most circumstances your submission will be reviewed within 48hrs (Weekend Submissions may not be reviewed as quickly)

Option #6
Full Site Sponsor in the "What's New" Box on every page of this site for 30 days. - Limit of 10

	Limited to only 17 characters including spaces, can be keywords for anchor text!
	After your submission, a one time $1000.00 PayPal payment will be required before your link is accepted into our directory, your sponsored listing will auto-expire in one month.
	Your entry will display highlighted in the "What's New" box.
	Under most circumstances your submission will be reviewed within 48hrs (Weekend Submissions may not be reviewed as quickly)

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL MoonlightSearch.com BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGE TO OUR DATABASE THAT RESULTS IN LOSS OF LINKS OR CLOSURE OF OUR SITE.

MoonlightSearch.com reserves the right to move your listing to another category or subcategory without your consent.

MoonlightSearch.com reserve the right to accept or reject any submission. There is no guarantee that any submission will be accepted. We may edit the keyword or title content when we feel it's better

By submitting a link you understand that:
You are required to pay a Non-Refundable fee of $20.00 for every URL you submit.

Paying the $20.00 submission fee does not guarantee a listing in MoonlightSearch.com Database.
